I have (2) Baofeng UV-5R radios that wont talk, I used the CHIRP 04.1 to program them and it went thru but with an error. I used the older radio to download from radio since it was already programed. Then I checked the software on radios and found they don't match, my older one works and the newest one doesn't receive only sends. Trying to figure out what I need to do to make them both talk, any help would be greatly appreciated.
